Frequently asked,clearlyanswered

Common questions we hear from clients across corporate and social events. If yours isn't covered, email us directly — a director will reply within one working day.

AEngagement & Briefing

Most corporate events benefit from 8–12 weeks of lead time, though we've delivered tight 4-week briefs when the scope is clear. Social and smaller events are more flexible — tell us your date and we'll be upfront about what's possible.

A 30-minute call with a director — no decks, no pitch. We listen for the objective, the audience, and what success looks like. Afterwards we send a written summary and a proposed next step.

BProcess & Timeline

Five phases: Discovery, Concept, Production, Delivery, Debrief. You can read the full breakdown on the About page.

A Project Head runs every event in person. The person you briefed is the person running the day.

CScope & Coverage

Yes — we've delivered across APAC, including Singapore, Jakarta, Bangkok, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Production logistics are quoted per location.

We can. We have preferred partners, but if you have an established AV or catering relationship, we'll integrate them and coordinate the run-of-show.

DOn the Day & After

We carry contingency plans for every critical dependency — backup AV, alternate suppliers, weather plans for outdoor formats. If a vendor cancels last-minute, we handle the substitution; you don't see it.

Yes — a wrap report covering attendance, run-of-show adherence, supplier performance, audience feedback (where collected), and recommendations for the next event.
